Great brush set!
I got the Vegan Makeup Brush Set and it's fantastic! The brushes are super soft and work so well for blending. I've been looking for good quality vegan brushes for a while and these are perfect. My makeup application has been much smoother. I will definitely be buying more from Beauty By TEN, probably some of their eyeshadows next. I told my sister about them too!

I placed an order for an Individual Eyeshadow Palette and a Glossy Lip Stain. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and easy to navigate. I received a confirmation email right away and another one with tracking information when it shipped. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in Florida, which was pretty standard. The eyeshadow palette arrived well-packaged, no breakage or anything. The colors in the palette are vibrant and blend out nicely, I was impressed with the pigmentation. The lip stain has a nice feel, not too sticky, and lasts a few hours before needing a reapplication. I haven't needed to contact customer support, so I can't speak to that.
